VITURE Black Friday Official Promotion Period Terms and Conditions (TNC)

Effective Date: November 20, 2025
Activity Organizer: VITURE Official Operation Team (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer")
General Provisions: These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these TNCs") apply to all users (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") who participate in the VITURE Black Friday Official Promotion Period Activity (hereinafter referred to as "this Activity"). This Activity includes three modules: "Subscription Lottery Module", "Tiered Spend-and-Get Gift Promotion Module" and "Brand Ambassador Recruitment Module". By participating in any module of this Activity through the official VITURE Black Friday Activity Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Activity Website"), Participants are deemed to have fully read, understood and agreed to comply with all provisions of these TNCs. The Organizer reserves the right to adjust these TNCs according to the actual situation of the Activity. The adjusted content will be published on the Activity Website and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Ⅰ. Subscription Lottery Module Rules

This module is a continuation of the Black Friday preheating activity, and the rules remain consistent with the preheating period, as follows:

1.1 Eligibility

Natural persons aged 18 or above with full capacity for civil conduct, who have completed valid registration and subscribed on the Activity Website, are eligible to participate in this module. Enterprises, other organizations or natural persons without full capacity for civil conduct are not allowed to participate in this module.

1.2 Activity Period

Subscription Participation Period: 00:00:00 on November 10, 2025 - 23:59:59 on December 1, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Activity Period");
Winner Announcement and Notification Period: Within 3 working days after the end of the Activity;
Reward Redemption Period: 00:00:00 on December 2, 2025 - 23:59:59 on December 31, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Redemption Period").

1.3 Participation Method

During the Activity Period, Participants log in to the Activity Website, enter the exclusive landing page for the Black Friday Activity, accurately fill in personal information such as name and valid email address as prompted on the page, complete the subscription operation, and after the subscription status is verified as valid by the Organizer, they are deemed to have successfully participated in this module. Each Participant (identified by any identifier that can be recognized as the same subject, such as the same ID number, same mobile phone number, same email address, same device identification code, etc.) can only participate once. Repeated subscriptions will not increase the lottery chances.

1.4 Reward Settings and Distribution

  • Exclusive Coupon: All Participants who successfully complete the subscription will receive 1 Black Friday Exclusive Coupon via the email filled in during subscription within 24 hours after successful subscription. The specific denomination, scope of use, validity period and usage rules of the coupon shall be subject to the instructions on the coupon. It cannot be cashed or transferred, and will automatically become invalid if not used within the validity period.
  • Physical Prize: A total of 1 physical prize is set for this lottery, which is 1 set of VITURE Luma Ultra Ultimate Collection (hereinafter referred to as the "Lottery Prize"). Within 3 working days after the end of the Activity, the Organizer will randomly select 1 winner from all successfully participating Participants, and send a winning notification email to the email address filled in by the winner when participating, informing the redemption method and required materials.

1.5 Redemption Rules

The winner shall, within the Redemption Period, follow the guidelines in the winning notification email, log in to the designated entrance on the Activity Website, complete the Lottery Prize redemption operation by placing an order with 0 USD, and accurately fill in valid information such as the receiving address and contact information. Failure to complete the redemption operation within the time limit will be deemed as voluntary abandonment of the Lottery Prize, and the Organizer will not reissue it.
The Lottery Prize will be delivered by the Organizer or its designated cooperative logistics provider, and the delivery scope is limited to the designated deliverable areas of the Organizer (subject to the display on the order page). If the receiving address provided by the winner is not in the designated delivery area, or the address is incomplete or inaccurate, resulting in failure to deliver or additional freight, customs duties and other expenses, such expenses shall be borne by the winner. If the Lottery Prize is delayed in delivery or damaged due to logistics reasons, the winner can contact the Organizer's customer service for assistance, but the Organizer shall not be liable for matters beyond the scope of logistics services.
The Lottery Prize is only the physical product itself, excluding any additional services, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other equivalent products. Without quality problems, returns and exchanges are not supported.

Ⅱ. Tiered Spend-and-Get Gift Promotion Module Rules

2.1 Eligibility

Natural persons aged 18 or above with full capacity for civil conduct, who have completed valid registration and successfully placed an order on the Activity Website, are eligible to participate in this module. Enterprises, other organizations or natural persons without full capacity for civil conduct are not allowed to participate in this module. Each Participant (identified by any identifier that can be recognized as the same subject, such as the same ID number, same mobile phone number, same email address, same device identification code, etc.) can only receive one gift in this module and cannot obtain gifts repeatedly.

2.2 Activity Period

Order Participation Period: 00:00:00 on November 20, 2025 - 23:59:59 on December 1, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period");
Winner Announcement and Notification Period: Within 10 working days after the end of the Promotion Period;
Gift Redemption Period: 00:00:00 on December 5, 2025 - 23:59:59 on January 31, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Gift Redemption Period").

2.3 Participation Method

During the Promotion Period, Participants log in to the Activity Website, select products and add them to the shopping cart, complete the checkout and payment to generate a valid order (the order status is "Paid" and there are no abnormal situations such as refund or cancellation), which is deemed as participating in this module. The Organizer will determine the qualified winner list based on the actual payment time of the orders. If multiple orders meet the conditions of the same tier at the same time, they will be ranked according to the order generation time.
Note: The total order amount is based on the actual paid amount of the order (after deducting coupons, discounts and other preferential treatments), excluding additional fees such as freight and taxes. Operations such as splitting orders and combining payments do not affect the calculation of the total order amount, but multiple orders of the same Participant cannot be combined to calculate the total amount.

2.4 Gift Settings and Winning Rules

  • Tier 1: During the Promotion Period, the first 100 Participants who complete the payment and whose actual paid total order amount is ≥ 750 USD will receive 1 surprise gift worth 99 USD (hereinafter referred to as "Tier 1 Gift").
  • Tier 2: During the Promotion Period, the first 50 Participants who complete the payment and whose actual paid total order amount is ≥ 1000 USD will receive 1 surprise gift worth 199 USD (hereinafter referred to as "Tier 2 Gift").
  • Tier Description: Gifts of the two tiers cannot be obtained cumulatively. If the same Participant meets the conditions of both tiers at the same time, the gift of the higher tier will be issued, and no repeated counting will be conducted. The specific style, specification and other details of the gift will be determined uniformly by the Organizer according to the inventory situation, and cannot be designated or replaced by the Participant.

2.5 Gift Distribution and Redemption Rules

Within 10 working days after the end of the Promotion Period, the Organizer will complete the order review and determine the winner list, and send a winning notification email to the email address reserved by the Participant when placing the order, informing the gift redemption method, redemption entrance and required information. The gift redemption information will be issued after the Participant receives the main product corresponding to the main order.
The winning user shall, within the Gift Redemption Period, follow the guidelines in the winning notification email, log in to the designated entrance on the Activity Website, complete the gift redemption operation by placing an order with 0 USD, and accurately fill in valid information such as the receiving address and contact information. Failure to complete the redemption operation within the time limit, or incorrect filling of redemption information leading to failure to deliver, will be deemed as voluntary abandonment of the gift, and the Organizer will not reissue it.
The delivery scope of the gift is limited to the designated deliverable areas of the Organizer (subject to the display on the order page). The delivery service is provided by the Organizer or its designated cooperative logistics provider. If the receiving address provided by the winning user is not in the designated delivery area, or the address is incomplete or inaccurate, resulting in additional freight, customs duties or delivery failure, the relevant responsibilities and expenses shall be borne by the winning user. Without quality problems, the gift does not support returns and exchanges. For quality problems, the winning user shall contact the Organizer's customer service to provide evidence within 7 working days after receiving the gift.

Ⅲ. Brand Ambassador Recruitment Module Rules

3.1 Application Eligibility

Natural persons aged 18 or above with full capacity for civil conduct, who have legally compliant social accounts (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc., subject to the requirements on the application page), and can carry out brand promotion-related activities in accordance with the Organizer's requirements, are eligible to apply for this module. Enterprises, other organizations or natural persons without full capacity for civil conduct are not allowed to apply.

3.2 Application Period

Consistent with the Activity Period, i.e., 00:00:00 on November 10, 2025 - 23:59:59 on December 1, 2025.

3.3 Application Method

During the Activity Period, Participants log in to the exclusive landing page of the Black Friday Activity on the Activity Website, find the "Brand Ambassador Recruitment" module, click the application button, and accurately fill in the name, valid contact information, social account information, personal profile and other information required by the Organizer as prompted on the page. The application is completed after submission. The application information must be true, accurate and complete. If the information is false or incomplete, resulting in failure to pass the screening or inability to carry out cooperation afterwards, the responsibility shall be borne by the Participant.

3.4 Screening and Cooperation Mechanism

The Organizer will conduct a comprehensive screening of the application information based on the number of followers of the applicant's social account, content creation ability, fan profile matching degree, past promotion cases (if any) and other dimensions. The screening results will be notified to the selected applicants through the contact information filled in during the application within 7 working days after the end of the application. Unselected applicants will not be notified individually.
Selected applicants shall confirm acceptance of the invitation within 3 working days after receiving the notification, and complete the Brand Ambassador registration and information binding through the exclusive entrance provided by the Organizer. After completion, they will officially become VITURE Brand Ambassadors and enjoy corresponding rights and interests. If the selected applicant fails to confirm or complete the registration and binding within the time limit, it shall be deemed as abandoning the Brand Ambassador qualification.

3.5 Rights, Interests and Obligations of Brand Ambassadors

The specific rights and interests of Brand Ambassadors (including but not limited to commission ratio, exclusive discount, promotion material support, etc.) will be notified through the exclusive Brand Ambassador manual after registration and binding. Brand Ambassadors shall abide by the brand promotion standards formulated by the Organizer, actively carry out legal and compliant promotion activities, and maintain the VITURE brand image. In case of illegal promotion, damage to the brand image and other behaviors, the Organizer has the right to terminate their Brand Ambassador qualification and pursue corresponding responsibilities.

Ⅳ. General Terms

4.1 Information Collection and Use

For the needs of carrying out this Activity, the Organizer will collect necessary information of Participants, such as name, contact information, email address, receiving address and order information. The collection and use will strictly comply with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations such as the "Personal Information Protection Law", and will only be used for eligibility review, reward/gift distribution, activity notification and other purposes of this Activity. After the end of the Activity, the relevant information will be properly stored or deleted in accordance with the law, and will not be used for other purposes without permission.

4.2 Violation Handling

If a Participant commits any of the following acts during the Activity, the Organizer has the right to cancel their participation qualification, winning qualification, Brand Ambassador qualification or gift acquisition qualification, recover the issued rewards/gifts, and reserve the right to pursue their legal responsibilities:
  • Providing false information or using another person's identity to participate in the Activity or place an order;
  • Participating in the Activity through improper means such as technical means, malicious brushing, order splitting and false payment;
  • Applying for a full refund without justifiable reasons after placing an order, or repeatedly obtaining gifts by means of refund and re-ordering;
  • Spreading spam information, malicious remarks unrelated to this Activity, or damaging the Organizer's brand image;
  • Violating these TNCs and other activity rules issued by the Organizer.

4.3 Force Majeure

If this Activity cannot be carried out normally, or rewards/gifts cannot be distributed normally due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, policy adjustments, network failures, system maintenance, insufficient inventory, etc.), the Organizer has the right to suspend, postpone or terminate the Activity, or adjust the specifications of rewards/gifts, and shall not be liable for compensation to Participants, but shall promptly inform Participants of the relevant situation through the Activity Website or official customer service channel.

4.4 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising between Participants and the Organizer regarding this Activity shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction at the place where the Organizer is located.

4.5 Others

Matters not covered by these TNCs shall be separately stipulated by the Organizer according to the actual situation or implemented with reference to relevant laws and regulations.
